ALARM LOCK SYSTEMS, INC.

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY

Alarm Lock Systems Inc. warrants its products to be free from manufacturing

defects in material and workmanship. The length of said warranty is 24 months

on all products from the date of manufacture.

Any customer may get an over-the-counter exchange with the original seller

(distributor) for any Alarm Lock product failing to operate properly.

For those customers who have direct accounts with Alarm Lock, please follow

this procedure to return product for warranty replacement:

1. Email your request to: [email protected]

2. In order to receive a return authorization number, you must provide the date

code of the product.

3. The 4-digit date code sticker is the actual expiration date of the warranty.

4. Any out of warranty product returned to the factory will be scrapped and is

not returnable.

5. If said product is found not to be operating properly because of a factory

defect and is within the warranty period, Alarm Lock will issue a product

replacement.
